Pre-Kickoff

Pre-kickoff clears the blockers the customer must own

Before the project starts, SecureDynamics helps the customer understand the readiness work only they can complete: tenant activation, IdP configuration, SCIM assumptions, admin access, and the first support path.

Customer-owned prerequisites

The goal is to remove preventable delay before the first working session

The pre-kickoff email is direct because the work is direct: the customer must activate the tenant, configure identity, and validate that users and groups can be synchronized.

01

Identity provider setup

Customer identity administrators configure authentication and provisioning for Zscaler so user and group assumptions are ready.

02

Admin access

The customer confirms the correct Zscaler administrators and grants the delivery team access needed for design and configuration work.

03

Early validation

A single Client Connector authentication check can confirm the IdP path before anyone mistakes it for a pilot rollout.

Canonical milestones

Milestone anchors the customer, partner, and ZTSM can reference consistently

These labels are used as section anchors so customer communications, Aiden reporting, and internal delivery notes stay aligned.

Pre-Kickoff

Admin access confirmed

Tenant activation, customer-owned IdP work, Zscaler admin access, and initial group assumptions are confirmed before deeper configuration begins.

Aiden AI project manager

Aiden keeps the project visible between working sessions

Aiden supports the SecureDynamics ZTSM by maintaining the delivery facts that are easy to lose: phase, milestone state, owners, dates, blockers, assumptions, and next steps.

Templated customer emails

Phase communications are linked directly from the delivery motion

Each thumbnail opens the live templated email view so partners, ZTSMs, and customers can see the customer-facing message for the relevant phase.

Next step

Pre-kickoff is a momentum lever

When identity, access, and assumptions are visible early, the first project meeting can focus on decisions instead of cleanup.
