SecureDynamics is redefining the way that Zscaler VARs engage with their customers. Our free software serves to help all stakeholders collect the success-enablement information that would otherwise be lost to bad memory, abandoned email threads, or employee turnover, making it easy to develop the right roadmap for any customer journey. 

As partners, both SecureDynamics and the VARs use this software to drive meaningful quarterly reviews and put additions and upgrades in the right sequence.

Each engagement starts with a standardized deep dive into the customer's profile, asking and answering the questions that have been proven time and time again to put everyone on a common and successful footing. 

Think of this as an executive presentation and alignment on what it is that this particular customer environment needs to succeed. Here, the customer, the VAR, and SecureDynamics (as the supporting Zscaler distribution partner), collaborate to establish the best foundation and shared understanding of all goals.

Quarterly Health Checks

One of the many benefits that our Zscaler VAR partners get to take advantage of is free quarterly health checks for customers. 

Here, we directly align the health check to the business profile, proving the customer with a viable 3rd party assessment of their progress, along with go-forward best-practice recommendations to focus on over the coming months. And all courtesy of a non-competing distribution only partner that is both Zscaler Delivery and Education Services Authorized. 

For added simplicity and overall continuity, we also offer the option of co-managing the environment.

Licensing Expert (New!)

No business alignment or health check can be complete without first asking whether each customer's unique needs are being met with their licensing.

With our Licensing Expert module, all stakeholders can get a deep dive into what each feature does, the added value it could bring to the business, and even collaborate with supporting business justification documentation. Once decided, the desired upgrades are simply put it in a detailed shopping cart so that the VAR partner will have ready access to help push it through on the specified timeline. 

Behind the scenes, all shopping cart items are queued as future deals for the partners, complete with an automation engine to help everyone ensure that nothing gets missed. 

Licensing Expert
1 Customer, VARs, and SecureDynamics regularly sync to ensure that wishlist or required future upgrades are well documented and retained in a timeline-driven shopping cart. Gone are the days of forgetting that you wanted to pick up a new feature at renewal time but let it slip by.
Shopping Cart Detail
2 Just click the add-on or upgrade feature you are interested, review any detailed information (sorry, pricing is not allowed to be shared, for obvious reasons), and then provide any detailed partner or customer notes (typically during the quarterly health checks). All of this detail is then visible to the partner and the backend ordering system. 
Import Licenses
3 You can even import all of your existing licenses! A great feature to have, as it allows everyone on your team, including the VAR, to have ready access and knowledge of what is currently licensed.
