🚀 Step-by-Step Onboarding Instructions

1. Access the Portal

Visit:

2. Don’t Have an Account Yet?

Request access here:
👉 https://partners.zscaler.com/s/partneronboarding

You’ll be prompted to enter:

  • First and last name

  • Business email

  • Company name

The system will detect if your company is already a registered Zscaler partner:

  • ✅ If yes, you’ll be able to join it

  • 🆕 If no, you’ll be prompted to submit a full registration for review


 

3. First-Time Login

Once approved:

  • Check your inbox for the email verification link

  • Sign in using your Okta credentials

  • Accept the Terms & Conditions

  • Select your role and title

Your role determines what content and quick links appear on your portal dashboard.

 


 

4. Already Have Portal Access?

  • Use your existing Okta login credentials

  • If needed, click "Forgot password?" and check your spam/junk folder for reset instructions

  • No need to re-register if your org is already approved


 

👤 Managing Access: Admin Setup

If you're a Partner Admin, you can:

  • Add or deactivate users

  • Reset passwords

  • Assign primary and secondary roles

  • Edit user profiles and org settings

Admins access these controls via:
Partner Portal → User Administration Module

Didn’t receive access email Check junk/spam folders, then retry onboarding
