      Overview

      The ZDX-Advanced and ZDX-ADV-PLUS SKUs provide advanced digital experience monitoring capabilities. These SKUs are priced per-user per-year and require a minimum of 50 users.

      • Not included in any other SKU – must be purchased separately.

      • Does not require any other SKU – can be purchased as a standalone product.

      • Flexible licensing options: While Zscaler enforces a 50-user minimum, SecureDynamics’ Managed Service option allows deployments as small as 20 users.

      • Enhanced visibility with ZIA & ZPA – When combined with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), ZDX provides unparalleled end-to-end visibility into user experience, identifying network and application performance issues faster.

      • Seamless integration – ZDX works natively with ZIA and ZPA to correlate security and performance insights, reducing troubleshooting time and improving overall user satisfaction.

      ZDX-Advanced

      An annual subscription to ZDX Advanced includes:

      • 30 configurable user probes for comprehensive monitoring.

      • Hop-by-hop analysis to track network performance.

      • UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) monitoring.

      • Deep tracing for up to 25 sessions.

      • 5-minute polling interval for real-time updates.

      • 25 alert rules to customize system notifications.

      • 14-day data retention for historical insights.

      • 10 webhook integrations for extended compatibility with other systems.

      ZDX-Advanced Plus

      ZDX Advanced Plus includes all ZDX-Advanced features, plus:

      • 100 total probes (maximum 30 probes per user).

      • Software process monitoring and incident reporting for enhanced diagnostics.

      • ZDX Co-pilot Essentials for AI-powered insights.

      • ZDX Hosted Monitoring: Includes 1 Hosted Monitoring Probe Location per 1,000 users for global observability.
