CM360 Tool Partner Onboarding

Create Account: -

  • The customer must first invite the partner from the Customer Dashboard on the Business Profile page, under the "My Partner" section.​
  • The customer should enter the business name and email address of the Reseller, Professional, or Managed partner, and then click the "Invite" button.​
  • An email invitation will be sent to the partner.​
  • If the partner is new to our portal, they will receive an invitation to sign up.​New Partner Mail
  • If the partner is already in our system and has been invited by other customers, they will receive a login email. 

In the initial email:​

  • The partner will see an option to sign up for our system by clicking the "Sign Up Now" button.​
  • This link will direct the partner to the signup page, which follows the same process as customer account creation.​Partner SignupSignup Success Message

In the second email:​

  • The partner will be informed that another customer has already invited them.​
  • This means the partner has already created an account and another customer has sent an invitation to the same partner​
  • Fill in all required fields (*) such as Business Name, Business Website, First Name, etc.​
  • Ensure that the email address used in the Email field is a business email; otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
  • After entering the correct email, check (✅) the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions boxes to agree.​
  • Click the "Sign Up" button to submit the Create Account Request. If the signup form is successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation page indicating that your request has been received and will be approved by the Admin.​
  • In the Admin Panel, a notification bar on the top right side of the window displays the count of Pending Approvals. Clicking on this notification will take you to the Pending Approvals page. Alternatively, you can access this page via the "Pending Approval" button on the left menu.​
  • When the Admin clicks the "Approve" button, an email will be triggered to the customer containing a link to set their password.Admin ViewPartner Request to Admin

  • Click on the link provided in the email, which will redirect you to the Change Password page where you can set a new password.​
  • Enter your new password in both the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields, then click the "Send" button to submit. A success message will confirm that your password has been successfully set.​
  • This completes the process of creating an account as a partner in CM360.

Login and Password Recovery: -

The login and forgot password processes are identical for both partners and customers.​

  • Here are the steps to successfully login as a customer to our portal:​
  1. Visit https://cm360-ui.comanage360.com/#/.​
  2. Enter your business email and password, and click the "Login" button.​
  3. If your credentials are correct, you will be successfully logged in.​
  4. If your email or password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed.​
  5. After logging in, you will be directed to the Business Profile page as the first screen​.Partner Dashboard

Forgot Password: -

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on “Don’t remember your password?” on the login page.​
  • The Reset Password form will appear. Enter your email address and click the “Send Mail” button.​
  • An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.​
  • Click the link in the email to open the reset password page. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click the “Send” button.​
  • After receiving a success message, you can attempt to log in again with your new password.Forgot Password

Partner Dashboard: -

Post-Login Functions for Partners:

  1. Customer List: After logging in, the partner can view the list of customers associated with them.​
  2. Activate Customer Business: To manage a customer's products, health checks, and business profile, click the radio button labeled "Make Business Active."​
  3. Business Profile: On the Business Profile page, the partner can make changes to all sections, similar to what the customer can do.​
  4. Licensing Expert: In the Licensing Expert section, the partner can add notes for each product across all sections.​
  5. Potential Upgrades:​ -
    1. Set Priority: The partner can assign a priority rating to each product, ranging from 1 (highest priority) to 5 (lowest priority).​
    2. No Suggestion: If the partner selects "No Suggestion," the product will be moved to the "All Products" section.​

Potential Upgrade: -

  • CM360 or Zscaler Health Check:​
    • Viewing Health Checks: Partners can only view health check data. They do not have editing permissions; only the Admin can make changes.​
  • Product Requests and Prioritization:​
    • If a customer requests a product or the partner sets a priority or selects "No Suggestion," the product will be listed on the “Zscaler Products Request” page.​
  • Requesting Quotes:
    • Partners can request a quote for any product that has been requested by the customer.
