Signup as a Customer
- To create an account, please visit https://cm360-ui.comanage360.com/#/signup. Complete all the required fields (*), such as Business Name, Business Website, First Name, etc.
- Ensure that the email address entered in the Email field is a business email. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
- After entering a valid business email, agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box (✅).
- Click the "Sign Up" button to submit your account creation request. Upon successful submission, you will be directed to a confirmation page indicating your request has been received. An administrator will review and approve your account.
- In the Admin Panel, a notification bar located in the top right corner of the window displays the count of Pending Approvals. Clicking on this notification will direct you to the Pending Approvals page. Alternatively, you can access this page by selecting the 'Pending Approvals' option from the left menu.
- This page displays all Pending Approvals.
- When the Admin clicks the "Approve" button, an email containing a link to set their password will be sent to the Customer.
- By clicking the link in the email, the customer will be redirected to the "Change Password" page, where they can enter and confirm a new password. After clicking the "Send" button, a success message will appear, confirming that the password has been successfully set.
- This process completes the account creation for the customer in CM360.
Login as a Customer
- To log in to your account, visit https://cm360-ui.comanage360.com/#/
- Enter your business email and password, then click the "Login" button.
- If the credentials are correct, you will be successfully logged into our system. If the email or password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed.
- Upon successful login, the first page the customer will see is the Business Profile.
Forgot Password
- On the login page, click "Don’t remember your password?".
- The Reset Password form will appear. Enter your email address.
- Click the "Send Mail" button.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the email to open the Reset Password page.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click the "Send" button to complete the process.
- After seeing the success message, you can attempt to log in again.

Business Profile
The Business Profile page contains several sections:
- My Partners
- Business Alignment
- Transformation Journey
- Cost Reduction

My Partners
Customers can invite partners to help manage Licensing Expert products.
There are three types of partners:
- Reseller
- Professional Service
- Managed Service Partner
Currently, the Reseller Partner is handling all responsibilities.
To invite a partner:
- Enter the partner's business name.
- Enter the partner's email address.
- Click the "Invite" button to send the invitation.

Transformation Journey
- In the Transformation Journey section
- The Admin will provide the CM360 score to the customer.
- The customer will have the ability to set their own Business score.
- There is a CM360 feedback field where the Admin will offer feedback to the customer.
Cost Reduction
- In the Cost Reduction section:
- The customer should provide the expiration dates of the services they are currently using.
- The customer should include a justification for not continuing each service.
Our Team
In the Our Team section the customer will add his team members and the role and responsibility of each team member.
- The customer should add teammates.
- In the "Team Members" section, the customer can edit or delete team members as needed.
- Adding teammates does not require each team member to have an account on our portal.
- The customer can assign responsibilities and designate which teammates are responsible for specific tasks.
Activated
In the Activation section customer can see his details and can edit from here.
Zscaler Health Checks
- Customers are permitted to view only the executive summary and the health check data provided in the CSV file for a specific date.
- The Admin will upload a CSV file that includes the health check data received from Zscaler for a specific date.
- In the table, customers can click the help button to access detailed information about each technology area.
Licensing Expert
The customer can view all Zscaler products categorized into three sections:
- Subscription
- Potential Upgrades
- All Products
Subscriptions
Products in the "Subscriptions" section are those already purchased by the customer either through our portal or directly from Zscaler.
- The customer can view detailed information about each product by clicking the "More..." button.
- The customer can update the product information of an “Already Purchased Product” (✅)" through ZScaler by simply checking the "Already Purchased" box and entering the service end date for that specific product.
Potential Upgrades
Products suggested for upgrades, including add-ons or those with strong potential based on the customer's subscribed/products, are displayed.
All Products
This section displays all Zscaler products except those listed in the "Subscriptions" and "Potential Upgrades" sections.
Requested Products
- This page shows a list of products the customer plans to purchase and for which they have submitted a purchase request.
- To request a product, the customer should select the desired item, navigate to the "More..." section, and choose either "Renewal" (which will finalize the purchase during the next ZScaler renewal) or a specific date (which will complete the request in the quarter selected by the customer) from the quarterly schedule in the Shopping Cart field.
- If the customer selects "Renewal," they should choose the "Currently Licensed" date to ensure the product subscribes on the next renewal date.
- If the customer selects a quarterly date, the product will subscribe on that specified quarterly date.
- The customer should specify the number of users for which licenses are requested.
- The product will then be moved to the "Requested Products" section.
- The customer can view the product by clicking the "Requested Product" button.
- The customer also has the option to cancel the product request at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button.

The Training Page is an "About Us" page that outlines the relationship between Secure Dynamics and Zscaler.
