What This Checkpoint Is For

This message serves as a final validation checkpoint to confirm one of the following:

  • The deployment work completed to date meets your expectations and we can proceed toward formal closure, or

  • There are specific items you believe still need to be addressed before the deployment phase is closed

If there are remaining needs, questions, or gaps you’d like to discuss, that’s absolutely fine—we just need to hear from you so we can align on next steps.

Requested Action

If you believe there are outstanding items that need to be addressed, please reach out to your SecureDynamics Zero Trust Success Manager (ZTSM) within five (5) business days so we can review and align.

If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, we’ll proceed with formally closing the deployment engagement based on the work completed to date.

What Happens Next

Once the deployment phase is full closed:

  • The current delivery engagement concludes

  • Any future assistance, optimization, or advisory needs can be addressed through SecureDynamics’ ZBoost program. Details around ZBoost, including free quarterly health checks for your first year of Zscaler service, and ongoing engagement options will be covered as part of the final closing documentation

This approach ensures clarity, continuity, and a clean transition forward to enable your continued success with Zscaler
